Returns & Refunds

Your safety and satisfaction matter to us. Because our products are applied directly to skin, we follow strict hygiene standards to ensure every item you receive is safe, sealed, and untouched — which is why we're only able to accept returns on products in their original, unopened condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, only unopened and unused products, with all original packaging intact, are eligible for return. Once a product has been opened or used, we're unable to accept it back — this helps us maintain the same high standard of freshness and safety for every customer.

How to Return an Item

Email us at business@calmoryskin.com to request a Return Authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Please include a copy of your Return Authorization inside the package before shipping it back.
Once we receive your return, it typically takes 5–10 business days for our team to inspect the returned items and process your refund.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for eligible products that are unopened, unused, and returned in their original packaging. For the hygiene reasons noted above, opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.

Your refund amount will be calculated based on the original purchase price of the unopened and eligible products returned, and will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Items marked as final sale, promotional gifts, or complimentary products are not eligible for return or refund.
